<li>Adjustable unit which immobilizes double wheels including tire sizes from 19" to 24½" diameter rim size. <li>Adjustable hub which prevents unauthorized removal of the wheel. <li>Fits all trucks equipped with double-wheel axle. (19" to 24½" 4 tires on same axle.) <li>Boot is quick and easy to install (~60 seconds) <li>Unit is easy to store. All parts are interchangeable. <li>Total max. weight 30 lbs, including padlock and wrench. <li>Boot is designed to have easy replaceable parts to minimize repairs and maintenance down time. <li>Locking mechanism is constructed of case-hardened steel without exposed shackle (cannot be cut with a hacksaw or bolt-cutter) The padlock shackle is 7/16th of an inch in diameter.
